No Standing

Bus stop sign. No Standing, 6 AM to 10 AM. NYCT: Drop-off Only. Command: Drop-off only. No Standing, 10 AM to 6 AM. Tour Buses: Drop-off & Pick-Up. Battery Place & Washington Street
Either the D.O.T. thinks that time runs backwards, or they put up a rather confusing way of saying no standing 24 hours a day.
